Newland Hall is situated 4 miles west of Chelmsford on the A1060, exactly 1 mile past the India Lounge Restaurant on the left. Exit M25 at J28, take the A12 towards Chelmsford. Exit A12 at Chelmsford (A414). Down slip-road, straight across roundabout.
Continue for about 2 miles, then 2 roundabouts close together, straight across first (White Horse Pub), left at second (Bowling Centre). Continue through approx. 2 or 3 sets of lights until main junction with lights. Turn left on A1060, sign posted Sawbridgeworth. Continue for approximately 4 miles passing pubs Horse & Groom, The Hare and the India Lounge Restaurant. Newland Hall is exactly 1 mile past the India Lounge on the left. (Bus stops at end of drive). Continue down drive past large black barn and follow signs to the left for the Fishing Car Park.

Please note that all vehicles MUST PARK IN THE FISHING CAR PARK ONLY. Vehicles parked elsewhere will be removed or clamped.
